Elk Plaza was built by Duncan citizens Fallis Beall and Tom Goodner in 1976. As the city grew, Elk Plaza has grown with it, continually adding new stores. Bringing convenience and essential goods to the city, Elk Plaza is located at the commercial center of Duncan, with easy access to Highway 81 and Elk Avenue.
